 The Numbers for June are in and #torontorealestate has realized substantial growth in a number of key indicators. Sellers have returned to the market with new listings up 14% vs. June 2019. Of particular note is the year-over-year gain in average price, up +12% vs. June 2019 - largely driven by semi-detached and detached sales.
