ABOUT LOIC? <low-ick>

Arriving in Toronto, Canada from Lyon, France in 1998, I was immediately drawn to Toronto's vibrant and diverse "city of neighbourhoods".  Combining the knowledge from my degree in Sales & Marketing, my experience working at Century 21 in Lyon, France with my passion for all things real estate, I joined Sutton Group Old Mill Realty Inc. where I worked closely with my mother-in-law, Broker of Record, and former Toronto Real Estate Board President (2012) , Ann Hannah.  

While concurrently attaining my RECO real estate license in 2004 and RECO broker's license in 2007,  I began learning the real estate business from the ground up,   I spent my early days as an administrative professional and gained an up-close experience of the dynamic front-lines of Toronto real estate.  I then moved into the brokerage's accounting/deals division to expand my financial and accounting know-how of real estate transactions,  Next, I took on the role of Office Manager, whereby I  provided support and guidance to the office's 90+ agents on various aspects of the sales process and industry regulations. In addition, I was responsible for training new agents and the oversight of day-to-day brokerage operations with a focus on integrating new real estate technologies.

In 2014, after 10 years in the industry, I gratefully accepted the opportunity to become Broker of Record of Sutton Group Old Mill Realty Inc.. and I am proud to lead a team of 90+ exceptional real estate professionals at Etobicoke's brokerage of choice - Sutton Group Old Mill Realty Inc.

After owning properties in Toronto's downtown Church-Yonge Corridor, St. Lawrence Market and Roncesvalles, I currently reside in a custom-designed/built home with my wife,  daughter and dog in Toronto's High Park neighbourhood.

During my tenure, I have been honoured with the 'Director', 'President' and 'Platinum' Real Estate Sales Achievement Awards, and have been active member on the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB).
