As first time home buyers we had little experience in the housing market. Loic was very thorough in his explanation of the home buying process and immediately put us at ease. We gained a great deal of knowledge from Loic and feel like more informed home buyers as a result of his efforts. Loic is honest, straight forward, and not pushy or over bearing in any way - he was always available, quick to reply to calls/emails/texts and we felt he had our best interests in mind.
